open break on 1, overtake on 2 as partner is scooped up, turn slightly <90 on 3
hook on 5, keep turning on 6 and 7 to get back to original position

[modified on Sep 18, 2005]
The start is essentially Adios con la hermana
open hold
1,2,3 open break on 1 then overtake and close in and get into closed hold (or scoop up partner) on 2,3 - ideally both partners turn as a unit in clockwise for 1/4 to 1/2 rotation overall (I don't always insist on this turn)
5,6,7 placing R foot on hook is optional (I don't always do this right now) as hold becomes open again - L-R is raised while R-L is released and leader walks under the arch on 6,7 and turn counterclockwise to face the follower on 8

1,2,3 Enchufa (note that this is still Adios con la hermana if two routines were combined)
5,6,7 hook turn for leader and change hands to R-R (now it diverges - starting with Enchufa on 1,2,3 this is essentially Evelyn, but next part is something different)
1,2,3 pivot turn 1/2 clockwise (facing away from partner) keeping R-R high and hand horizontal (with leader's palm facing ceiling)
5,6,7 step (large) to right and back lead follower into a full clockwise turn (leading with R-R making a large circular motion high) and turn 1/2 counterclockwise when partner completes turn on 7,8 to face follower (follower's R hand can be placed on leader's L shoulder just before leader's turn and follower's R hand should drop on next beat and should be caught at waist level with leader's L hand)

(The quote for the title was said by the woman who has been coming to the lessons with her husband for quite some time now. She was referring to the second routine.)
